general and cosmetic dermatology

Certified by the American Board of Dermatology,
Dr. Rapaport is a Phi Beta Kappa recipient from Emory University
and a graduate of the Emory University School of Medicine
in Atlanta, Georgia. After internship at Emory, he completed
his advanced training residency at Thomas Jefferson University
where he served as chief dermatology resident.
Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic
Surgery and of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative
Surgery, Dr. Rapaport has consistently been a leader in
Aesthetic Surgery. Well-respected by his peers, he often
presents seminars on subjects ranging from dermatology to
cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rapaport is the holder of three U.S.
patents for dermatologic products, and he has been elected
to Who's Who in America. He is currently Chief of Dermatology
at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New Jersey.
The Medical Director and Founder of the
Cosmetic Skin and Surgery Center, Dr. Rapaport has been
a practicing dermatologist since 1981. Countless patients
have benefited from his talent, experience, dedication,
and high standards of excellence.

title of Physician Preceptor because of his extensive experience

Jason Staback is a board certified and
licensed Physician Assistant, specializing in the areas
of cosmetic and general dermatology, as well as dermatological
surgery. He is one of few Physician Assistants certified
in the use of both Botox® and Restylane. For more than six
years, Jason has worked under Dr. Jeffrey Rapaport, one
of the nation’s pioneers in Cosmetic Dermatology and
use of lasers. Under his supervision, Jason has had extensive
experience in general dermatology and dermatological surgery.
Jason is a trainer of Botox® and Juvéderm™
injections for Physician Assistants in the state of New Jersey.
Throughout his career, Jason has remained
committed to the advancement of his education and experience
in the cosmetic and general dermatology fields. He travels
the country attending various lectures and seminars to learn
how to utilize the latest cutting edge technologies and
treatments, and has received hundreds of Continuing Medical
Education credits through the American Academy of Dermatology.
Before beginning work with Dr. Rapaport,
Jason worked for two years in emergency medicine at Hazlet
Health Care and internal medicine with Dr. Arthur Miller,
and has also held clinical clerkships in general, plastic
and cardiothoracic surgery.
Jason currently serves as a speaker for
a variety of pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis
Pharmaceuticals, Warner-Lambert Company and Dermik Laboratories,
where he gives lectures to peers in the medical community
about the use of dermatological drugs. He is also a member
of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, The
American Academy of Physicians Assistants, New Jersey Society
of Physician Assistants and The American Society of Dermatology
and Aesthetic Surgery. Additionally, each year, Jason volunteers
his services to the community performing gratis cancer screenings
at local health fairs organized by different towns throughout
New Jersey.
Jason received his MS as a Physician
Assistant at The School of Health Related Professions at
The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey,
where he graduated at the top of his class in the country’s
top Physician Assistant program. He also received his BS
in Exercise Science and Sports Studies at Rutgers College
at Rutgers University, where he graduated with honors.
